Kelly Lock, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who is passionate about helping patients improve their health and overall well-being. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Midwestern University and brings a warm, patient-centered approach to every visit.

Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Kelly is a dedicated healthcare provider who values building strong relationships with her patients and creating personalized care plans that support long-term health. She is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she treats.
