Clayleene Curry-Odom, Au.D., is Board Certified in Audiology with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Curry-Odom has experience working closely with ENT physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in the diagnosis and care of various hearing and balance disorders.
Her experience ranges from pediatric testing and fitting of amplification, selection, and fitting of hearing aid devices for the adult population, including selection, activation, and mapping of Cochlear implants and bone-anchored hearing devices, to testing and diagnosis of dizziness. She has eight years of experience in balance lab oversight, including performance and interpretation of balance testing and training and supervision of balance lab technicians.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) as well as a member of Texas Academy of Audiology. Dr. Curry-Odom received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University, her Master of Science degree in Audiology from Lamar University, and her Doctorate of Audiology from A. T. Still University.
Dr. Curry-Odom is a native Texan and is married with three children. She enjoys being outdoors, working in her yard, and family four-wheeler trips to the mountains. Dr. Curry-Odom believes that her diagnosis and treatment of hearing and balance disorders is an important part of improving the quality of life for her patients. She has a strong passion for her work and strives to show her passion in her individualized care of each patient.
